11/4 cup shredded Monterery Jack Cheese ( youll find this at Genardis)
1 can ( 4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 finely chopped roasted red peppers
3/4 tsp ground chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 3 cup baking dish. Beat cream cheese until smooth. It is best to put the cream cheese out on the counter for at least 30 minutes before beating. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheese and the remaining ingredients until combined. Spread into baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top. Bake 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
I add some red cayenne pepper into the mix. You can add accordingly if you wish.
